Responsibilities

- Develop GUI-based procedures and lab exercises based on real-time use cases.
- Coordinate with subject-matter experts and engineering teams to gather inputs and manage reviews.
- Maintain documentation to match the latest tool versions and release schedules.
- Manage multiple documentation projects, track reviews, and meet strict delivery timelines.
- Author and edit structured topics in DITA XML following the Synopsys Style Guide and team automations.
- Use JIRA issue tracking as part of the documentation workflow.
- Work on Windows and Linux platforms and with complex engineering tools.
Requirements

- Strong command of written English with attention to grammar, structure, and clarity; familiarity with American English conventions.
- Hands-on experience authoring in DITA XML and comfort editing XML code.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments and common engineering tools.
- Understanding of software development and document development life cycles.
- Basic programming knowledge and the ability to learn new technical domains quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, scope work to meet release deadlines, and handle review cycles.
- Experience using JIRA and following automated documentation workflows.
- Nice-to-have: experience with Oxygen Author or other structured-authoring tools.
- Nice-to-have: background in EDA, semiconductor, or technical software documentation.
Education Requirements
