Role Summary
Lead and manage customer-facing IP programs for high-speed SerDes and SoC projects within the Silicon IP Program Management Office. Coordinate global cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, support) to deliver IP products on schedule and reduce delivery risk.
Experience Level
Senior - requires 10+ years of relevant experience in SoC design, IP or semiconductor program management.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IP program delivery and act as the primary customer contact.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers on IP programs.
- Define and manage project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional, distributed teams to resolve technical and program risks.
- Identify, track and mitigate program risks; escalate as needed.
- Report program status and technical progress to customers and leadership.
- Improve and standardize program management processes and best practices.
- Mentor and support program management team members.

Must-have:
- Proven expertise in SoC design and high-speed IP (SerDes) implementation.
- Familiarity with IC manufacturing and silicon bring-up issues.
- Strong program/project management skills and experience coordinating global teams.
- Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to deliver programs on tight schedules.

- Previous experience improving PM processes within an IP or semiconductor organization.
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent degree; equivalent practical experience is explicitly acceptable. No other degrees, fields, or certifications are specified.
