Role Summary
The Technical Instructor will develop and deliver training for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced semiconductor tools. You will work with senior instructors, engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams to create learning content, lead training projects, and support hands-on activities for global field engineers and customers.

Responsibilities
Deliver and maintain technical training and related project work:
- Design, develop, and deliver training on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor tools.
- Create and update training materials: presentations, videos, digital modules, and hands-on exercises.
- Translate complex technical documentation into clear, structured learning content.
- Lead training projects including planning, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking.
- Support hands-on activities such as tool builds, installs, upgrades, and field support to remain current on product changes.
- Review and validate service procedures and recommend documentation improvements.
- Leverage virtual learning, simulations, and AR to enhance training delivery.
- Travel internationally or domestically (approximately 30–70% travel) to deliver training and support field activities.
