Role Summary
The Senior Technical Account Manager provides technical leadership and customer-facing engineering support for Synopsys EDA products and solutions. The role acts as the primary technical liaison between customers, field teams, and product/engineering groups to ensure successful deployment and use of tools.
Works with Applications Engineering and sales to resolve complex technical issues, deliver technical enablement, and collect customer feedback for product improvements.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for assigned customers, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to EDA tools and workflows; escalate to product engineering when needed.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical training, and on-site/off-site enablement to customer engineering teams.
- Collaborate with internal product, QA, and development teams to reproduce issues and drive fixes or feature changes.
- Collect, prioritize, and communicate customer feature requests and pain points to influence roadmap and product direction.
- Support pre-sales activities by scoping technical solutions, participating in customer meetings, and preparing technical proposals.
- Produce technical documentation, knowledge-base articles, and best-practice guides for customers.
