STCO System Architecture Technologist, up to Sr. Staff

Role Summary

This role focuses on system level architecture definition and technology pathfinding for advanced SoCs and chiplet based platforms, concentrating on AI driven workloads, system efficiency, and scalability.

Experience Level

Mid-level: Requires 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years with a Master's degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include:

• Defining system KPIs and evaluating trade-offs for architecture, technology, and packaging decisions.
• Translating system and workload requirements into quantitative figures of merit.
• Supporting structured system-level KPI evaluation and decision-making for STCO platforms.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ASIC design, verification, validation, or integration; or equivalent experience with higher degrees.
• Experience with 2.5D and 3D STCO architecture.
• Strong understanding of system-level KPIs and their dependencies.
• Solid knowledge of heterogeneous SoC and chiplet architectures.
• Basic programming proficiency, such as Python.

Nice-to-have qualifications include:

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams.
• Analytical skills for data-driven architecture evaluation.
