Work with the INS ATE Development Sustaining team to collaborate with IC design, layout, and manufacturing teams to deliver multi-site test hardware and software, maintain production yield, and resolve post-release production issues.

Experience Level

Senior — 5+ years of relevant industry experience analyzing and debugging analog and digital circuits.

Responsibilities

Key duties include development, validation, and transfer of test solutions for characterization and production.

  • Develop test methodologies, test plans, and multi-site ATE hardware/software for characterization, qualification, wafer probe and final test.
  • Design test schematics and collaborate with layout engineers on multi-site PCBs.
  • Write, debug, and validate test programs; correlate production test results with bench measurements.
  • Transfer production test solutions to offshore, high-volume manufacturing sites and support manufacturing to maintain yield and quality.
  • Participate in new product development teams and evaluate new test systems.
  • Manage project schedules to meet product introduction and release milestones.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience.

  • 5+ years experience analyzing and debugging analog and digital circuits.
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital devices; experience with scan test.
  • Proficient programming in C, C++, and Visual Basic for test development.
  • Experience designing multi-site hardware and software solutions for ATE to minimize cost and maximize performance.
  • Experience with schematic/layout tools such as OrCAD and Cadence Allegro.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and performing statistical data analysis (Excel or similar).
  • Experience documenting and presenting test plans and evaluation reports; strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams and support offshore transfer.

Nice-to-have:
