Role Summary

This role is part of Arm's Silicon Solutions Test Team, focusing on emerging process technologies and packaging innovations. The team collaborates with various departments to drive test capability development and address production challenges for upcoming silicon projects.

Experience Level

Senior-level position with extensive experience required in SoC product development.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

  • Own test enablement for silicon projects.
  • Drive first silicon bring-up on ATE, reporting progress daily.
  • Develop/implement ATE characterization plans.
  • Create test method source codes for various test types.
  • Develop test flow, including a binning strategy implementation.
  • Manage test program revision control frameworks.
  • Guide the development of ATE test hardware.

Requirements

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Expert knowledge of ATE test program development.
  • Experience with DFT and silicon fabrication processes.
  • Proven track record in SOC product development.
  • University degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.

“Nice To Have” skills:

  • Proficient in Unix, C++, Python, and various data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of IEEE standards and failure analysis techniques.
  • Experience with Arm IP testing.

Education Requirements

A university degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering is required.
