Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of advanced physical verification solutions.
- Driving the creation of thermal integrity solutions for semiconductor nodes.
- Owning projects end-to-end from requirements gathering to customer interaction.
- Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine solutions.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the IC Validator tool.
- Exploring new technologies to enhance solution functionality.
Requirements
The candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in leading large-scale software projects in EDA or semiconductor domains.
- Proficiency in C/C++ with experience in physical design, placement, and routing flows.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
- Ability to learn and develop in new programming languages.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
