Staff SOC DFT Engineer
Design and implement design-for-test (DFT/DFD) methodologies for complex SoC products to maximize testability, debuggability, and reliability. Work with cross-functional teams from RTL design through post-silicon validation to ensure production-quality test strategies.
The role focuses on DFT integration into RTL, verification of DFT features, post-silicon debug collaboration, and adoption of automation and AI to improve workflows.
Senior β typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience in DFT, SoC design, or related semiconductor design areas.
