Role Summary

The Staff Silicon Design Verification Engineer will play a key role in leading verification efforts for high-speed Crypto, NoC, and advanced DRAM Memory Controller IPs. The focus will be on architecting and developing verification environments that ensure effective execution and quality outcomes for silicon designs.

Experience Level

This position is suited for experienced professionals with a robust understanding of verification methodology and previous leadership experience in silicon design verification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead verification for high-speed Crypto, NoC, and DRAM Memory Controller designs.
  • Develop simulation and/or formal-based verification environments for IP and SoC-level projects.
  • Manage verification teams through planning, execution, tracking, and delivery processes.
  • Create and execute detailed verification plans, including developing testbenches and test cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective verification strategies.
  • Utilize advanced methodologies like UVM, formal verification, and assertion-based verification.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a productive team environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess significant technical leadership experience with a history of executing successful verification strategies for Pre-Silicon Design IP or SOC designs. They must demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to influence teams positively.

Education Requirements

A minimum of a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required. Advanced degrees (MS or PhD) are preferred.
