Staff Silicon Design Engineer - RTL

Position Overview

The Staff Silicon Design Engineer will engage in digital design within the SerDes Technology group, focusing on the development of SerDes/Transceiver designs. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end FPGA/ASIC design flow, encompassing architectural specification, RTL design, functional verification, and post-silicon validation.

Experience Level

This role is ideal for experienced engineers who have a significant background in digital design engineering and have successfully contributed to complex projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop digital logic blocks using state-of-the-art technology nodes.
• Implement and verify design for test (DFT) protocols.
• Create test benches and conduct functional validation of digital designs.
• Perform post-silicon validation of blocks on prototype silicon and debug functionality.
• Collaborate with architects, managers, and verification teams to produce design specifications and validation plans.
