Staff Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Staff Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) Design Engineer to lead the design and development of non-volatile memory technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in circuit design and experience in analog circuit design, particularly within the context of NVM technology.

Role Overview

This role requires an experienced engineer who can manage NVM projects throughout all developmental stages, collaborates with various teams, and ensures the delivery of high-quality IP solutions. You will be responsible for providing leadership in design flows and silicon validation processes.

Experience Level

5-12+ years in the semiconductor industry, emphasizing circuit design with a particular focus on analog and memory design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the NVM TestChip and IP design across various technologies and foundries.
• Architect and design CMOS-based non-volatile memory IP modules from concept to tapeout.
• Work with engineers to perform silicon verification and testing.
• Conduct post-layout simulations and tests with silicon validation teams.
• Collaborate closely with design, layout, and CAD teams to optimize methodology.
• Serve as a technical expert during customer engagements to support sales efforts.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of analog design, layout considerations, and possess skills in debugging and circuit simulation. Experience with TestChip tapeout flows and statistical design methodologies is essential. A thorough understanding of low power design and FinFET technology is also beneficial.

Education Requirements

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
