The Staff Mixed Signal Design Verification Engineer will create next generation power management solutions in Qorvo’s Power Management division, focusing on power loss protection, PMICs, motor control, and battery management for various applications including Mobile and IoT.

Responsibilities
- Serve as customer-facing engineer for catalog and custom power-management ICs including motor drivers and battery management solutions.
- Develop and execute metric-driven design verification plans focused on IC functional and performance specifications.
- Develop constrained random tests and automated checkers in the TLDV UVM environment.
- Build high-performance, accurate RNM or VerilogAMS models for simulation support.
- Collaborate with design teams to resolve verification issues.
- Partner with internal design and test teams to ensure device first-pass testability.
- Continuously enhance verification methodologies and automate tasks where feasible.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field focused on mixed-signal circuit design and verification.
- 10+ years of experience in AMS design or verification of analog and power-management ICs.
- Proficient in UVM environments, including test cases and coverage models.
- In-depth understanding of power-management building blocks like LDOs, amplifiers, and DCDC regulators.
- Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Expertise in mixed-signal concepts and simulation environments.
