Responsibilities
Key duties include circuit design, documentation, and collaboration across design and test functions:
- Implement key circuit blocks within a defined architecture in collaboration with other designers.
- Analyze system-level impacts of block parameters and make design trade-offs.
- Design challenging transistor-level analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- Prepare design documents and lead/contribute to design reviews.
- Coordinate and guide layout, evaluation, and test engineering activities.
- Support integration, silicon bring-up, and debug as required.
Requirements
Required and preferred technical qualifications.
-
Must-have: 5+ years of CMOS design experience.
-
Must-have: Strong understanding of circuits such as wide-bandwidth amplifiers, comparators, switched-capacitor circuits, precision voltage/current references, and LDOs.
-
Must-have: Experience with Cadence schematic capture and SPICE simulation tools.
-
Must-have: Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a large, distributed team.
-
Nice-to-have: Experience in high-speed data converter or SerDes PHY design.
-
Nice-to-have: Signal processing knowledge relevant to calibration algorithms.
