Experience Level

We are looking for a Senior-level engineer with significant experience in RTL and integration, ideally with a comprehensive background in memory subsystems within complex SoC environments.

Responsibilities

The primary duties of this role include:

  • Driving RTL design and integration for memory subsystem IP and top-level logic.
  • Defining micro-architecture and converting system requirements into effective RTL implementations.
  • Integrating IP blocks to create complete DDR/LPDDR memory subsystems across multiple products.
  • Working closely with verification teams on test strategies and debugging.
  • Collaborating with physical design teams to manage timing and clocking strategies.
  • Resolving complex functional and integration issues within subsystems.
  • Maintaining high-quality documentation for subsystems and interfaces.
  • Supporting pre-silicon and post-silicon operations with firmware integration.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers in best practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Expertise in Verilog and SystemVerilog tailored for RTL design.
  • Proven experience in designing and integrating system components in SoC systems.
  • Deep understanding of memory subsystem architecture and related methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of synchronization, timing management, and CDC techniques.
  • Adept at debugging RTL and integration issues with effective use of simulation tools.
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating across multiple technical disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Git and/or Perforce version control systems.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is essential, along with relevant practical experience.
