- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to digital design engineers.
- Architect and design key digital blocks in Verilog/SystemVerilog.
- Collaborate with product teams and management to align schedules and deliverables.
- Drive adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Lead expertise in complex interfaces and protocols.
- Develop and maintain a digital IP catalog for information sharing.
- Conduct detailed design reviews and enforce adherence to quality metrics.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party IPs for adoption.
- Manage and streamline digital IP assets.
- Provide clear communication and status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science.
- 12+ years of expertise in ASIC/SoC product development and digital design.
- Experience in managing large complex hardware projects in a lead role.
- Strong knowledge of digital design concepts and on-chip interfaces.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and discussion.
Education Requirements
Minimum B.E. / B. Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science.
