Role Summary
The Staff Engineer, Digital Design role requires 8+ years of experience in digital design for analog mixed-signal ICs, focusing on developing Power Management ICs. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the definition of Dig-Ana boundary and digital design scope for Power Management ICs.
- Defining micro-architectures and sub-blocks for optimized digital design.
- Managing power-sensitive digital design and power estimation.
- Handling clock domain crossing across multiple domains seamlessly.
- Creating sequences and state machines based on IC requirements.
- Implementing and analyzing filters and feedback loops in digital design.
- Conducting silicon debug and root cause analysis.
- Setting up digital design flows and methodologies to ensure quality.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 8+ years in Digital Design, particularly with Mixed Signal ICs.
- Solid understanding of complex AMS designs.
- Experience in chip design, verification, silicon validation, and IC production.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to foster a creative working environment.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering.
