Staff ATE Test Engineer

Role Summary

The Staff ATE Test Engineer will join Arm's Solutions Test Team to focus on emerging process technologies and the latest offerings across Cloud, Infra, IoT, and Auto segments. The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance test capability development and addressing production and characterization challenges in advanced technology nodes.

Experience Level

Senior level with 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product development.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive test strategy development for upcoming projects
• Develop and implement ATE production and characterization plans
• Own ATE test program development, including source code for various test types
• Manage test flow development and revision control frameworks
• Guide ATE test hardware development in collaboration with vendors

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience include:

• Knowledge of ATE test program development (Advantest EXAScale-SMT8)
• Expertise in DFT (Scan, MBIST, PHY BIST, etc.)
• Experience in project execution from architecture to production release
• Strong leadership and multi-functional team collaboration skills
• Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering

Nice-to-have skills include:

• Experience with Unix, C++, and Python
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
• Knowledge of various IEEE standards

Education Requirements

Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
