Role Summary

As a Sr. Staff R&D Engineer, you will engage in research and development related to Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) and inverse lithography technologies. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning modeling to optimize processes engaged in semiconductor manufacturing.

Level - Senior

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced models for OPC and ILT processes using machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model outputs into existing workflows.
• Conduct experiments to validate model performance and refine algorithms.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights driving process improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.
