Lead project engineering and delivery for a high-performance SerDes PHY product targeting HPC systems. This role sits within Project Engineering Management and coordinates cross-functional engineering, validation, and integration activities to meet schedule, quality, and customer requirements.

Primary mission: plan and track project schedules, remove execution risks, drive silicon and lab bring-up, coordinate with design/validation/physical implementation teams, and interact with customers and supply-chain partners to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities for this role include:

• Lead and manage project engineering activities for SerDes PHY development and delivery.

• Identify, track, and mitigate technical and schedule risks; drive corrective actions.

• Work with product management, customers, and partners to align requirements and delivery expectations.
• Manage vendor and supply-chain interactions related to boards, test equipment, and IP delivery.
• Mentor and coordinate engineering staff and external contractors as required.

Requirements
