Job Title
Sr Staff NPI Supply Chain Planning
Role Summary
Senior planner on the NPI Execution Supply Chain team based in Singapore responsible for driving planning and execution of new product introductions from prototype through high-volume manufacturing. The role coordinates internal teams and external suppliers to ensure supply readiness, BOM and work order setup, test planning, and ramp alignment.
Marvell develops semiconductor solutions for data infrastructure; this role supports product launches that enable those systems.
Experience Level
Senior — typically requires 10+ years in semiconductor supply chain, NPI planning, or operations.
Responsibilities
Lead supply chain planning and execution for multiple NPI programs. Primary responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end supply chain execution for NPIs from prototype through qualification to high-volume manufacturing, with accountability for supply readiness and milestone delivery.
- Plan and manage NPI-to-mass production transitions, aligning supply, capacity, data, and execution readiness to support revenue ramps.
- Coordinate test floor planning and prioritization with internal test operations to meet program timelines and volumes.
- Establish and manage WIP data processes and reporting to provide accurate visibility of material status across the supply chain.
- Drive BOM setup, material readiness, and work order execution to support complex build plans and program changes.
- Partner with Design, Packaging, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Business Operations to define supply requirements and resolve constraints.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers (foundries, OSATs, test houses, substrate vendors) to mitigate supply, capacity, and cycle-time risks.
- Use Oracle ERP and internal planning dashboards to monitor supply readiness, schedules, and execution KPIs; develop standardized reporting and executive briefing materials.
- Identify systemic gaps in NPI execution and drive process improvements across planning, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, NPI planning, or operations with ownership of complex, cross-functional program execution.
- Proven ability to manage programs from NPI through production ramp, including handling ambiguity, trade-offs, and competing priorities.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows, including foundry, assembly, test, and supply chain dependencies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical and data-management skills; experience with forecasting and planning models.
- Experience with ERP systems for supply chain execution and dashboards for tracking and reporting (Oracle preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- May require eligibility to access export-controlled technology and potential export license review prior to employment.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field.
