Sr. Product Manager

Role Summary

AMD, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Product Manager to work closely with internal architecture and engineering teams to deliver the best experience on AMD CPUs. The role involves deep engagement with strategic customers to document next-gen AMD requirements and managing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

Experience Level

Three (3) years of experience in product management or engineering role related to the job offered.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive deep engagements with strategic customers.
• Manage project execution and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
• Make decisions based on data and maintain a portfolio view of product decisions.
• Author compelling product value propositions and influence marketing strategies.
• Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.
• Create collateral and proof points to support positioning.
• Use product sense to align product capabilities with customer needs.
• Integrate expertise in systems architecture, networking, and software engineering for data center solutions.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field required. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with five (5) years of relevant experience is acceptable.
