Role Summary

The role involves design and development of high-speed and low-power custom circuits, including memory and FPGA fabric designs, implemented in advanced semiconductor technologies.

Experience Level

Over 8 years of experience in memory and custom circuit design, verification, validation, and integration.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Development of high-speed and low-power Custom Circuit Designs.
• Conduct schematic captures and SPICE simulations for verification.
• Oversee layout planning for optimized memory layout.
• Work collaboratively with architecture and design teams on PPA and yield targets.
• Manage the complete design flow from circuit design to model generation.
• Introduce innovative ideas in FPGA product designs.

Requirements

Essential qualifications include a strong technical background in custom memory design, high-performance design techniques, and familiarity with advanced semiconductor technologies. Must possess problem-solving skills and the ability to work within a team environment.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
