Sr Applications Engineer, Customer Enablement & Debug

Role Summary

This role involves driving debug and issue resolution for customers, as well as utilizing technical skills across various industries and applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive debug and issue resolution for customers, engaging directly with strategic customers critical to the business.
• Define methodology for efficient debug and troubleshooting throughout the FPGA development cycle, covering areas such as RTL design, PCB board design, and FPGA architecture.
• Transform TS ticket trends into engineering improvements, enhancing design collaterals and engaging with R&D teams for product enhancement.
• Provide technical guidance and develop design collaterals to enrich the existing ecosystem.
• Utilize AI to improve workflows in the TS organization and mentor the next generation of engineers.

Requirements

• 6 years of FPGA experience as a developer or designer/user.
• Expertise in debug across silicon, software, IP, board, and RTL design.
• Experience in applications such as vision, industry automation, AI/ML, and communication protocols is advantageous.
• Ability to work through ambiguities and define scalable frameworks for team support.
• Outstanding communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.

Education Requirements

Relevant field of study or equivalent experience.
