Solutions Management Director

Role Overview

The Solutions Management Director at Siemens EDA is responsible for driving the growth of the functional verification business across our product portfolio. This role requires a strategic mindset to bridge the gaps between functional verification and targeted solution spaces in the semiconductor industry. Focus areas include AI for EDA, Security, RISC-V, and more, requiring an understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement solution strategies that drive growth by assessing market needs and formulating actionable roadmaps.
• Innovation Management: Identify and guide new innovation opportunities from conceptualization to execution.
• Expert Communication: Serve as a subject matter expert and communicate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.
• Sales Collaboration: Support sales initiatives through the development of collateral and direct engagement with customers.
• Marketing Strategy: Create and execute outbound marketing strategies to enhance business opportunities.
• Partnership Development: Build ecosystems with partners and contribute to industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in semiconductor or EDA, particularly in functional verification.
• Hands-on experience with SOC, ASIC, and FPGA design and validations.
• Strong knowledge of verification methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated collaboration across diverse teams.
• Self-starter with an ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
• Willingness to travel, approximately 10% of the time.

Education Requirements

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
