Solutions Engineering Sr. Staff Engineer - DFT Verification Product Engineer

Role Summary

The Solutions Engineering Sr. Staff Engineer will work with a world-class R&D team focusing on Silicon Lifecycle Management (SLM) and 3DIC technologies. The candidate will develop end-to-end solutions for a diverse range of customers, ensuring products meet detailed requirements and validating these solutions before deployment.

Experience Level

Senior - 8 years of hands-on experience in RTL design and verification.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and providing end-to-end solutions to customers in SLM and 3DIC technologies.
• Collaborating with customers to gather detailed requirements for product development.
• Validating solutions internally and in customer environments.
• Driving the deployment and execution of SLM solutions in customer projects.
• Enabling silicon health monitoring throughout the lifecycle of silicon bring-up and validation.

Requirements

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

• BSEE/MSEE in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 years of hands-on experience with RTL design and verification, including D2D and PHY protocols such as UCIe and HBM.
• Experience with JTAG, IEEE 1149.1, IEEE 1687/1500, BIST, and DFT mechanisms.
• Knowledge of 3D-IC/2.5D-IC solutions, IEEE 1838, and UCIe standards.
• Debugging abilities in functional verification within a UVM environment.
• Hands-on experience in flow automation and synthesis with an understanding of timing constraints.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Nice to have: experience with PCIe and USB protocols and silicon bring-up debugging.

Education Requirements

BSEE/MSEE in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
