Role Summary
Join the Genus Synthesis Solution team to develop and enhance synthesis engines that improve power, performance, and area (PPA) for integrated circuit designs. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and validating algorithms used in logic synthesis and integrating those techniques into production tools.

Responsibilities
The core responsibilities involve algorithm development, implementation, validation, and cross-team integration to meet customer PPA goals.
- Design, implement, and validate synthesis algorithms to improve timing, area, and power.
- Integrate new techniques into the synthesis toolchain and collaborate with product and QA teams.
- Profile, debug, and optimize code to meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Address and respond to customer needs and PPA targets.
Requirements
Required technical skills and experience for the role.
- Must-have: Strong programming skills in C++.
- Must-have: Solid understanding of logic synthesis concepts and algorithms.
- Must-have: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; ability to work in a collaborative environment.
