Responsibilities

- Run simulation and experimental test setups; collect and analyze thermal measurement data.
- Integrate thermal solutions into SoC architecture and collaborate with electrical, package, and mechanical teams.
- Support reliability and performance validation across product platforms.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with hardware and packaging teams.
- Nice-to-have: expertise in advanced packaging, SoC design methodologies, low-power techniques, and familiarity with tools such as Ansys IcePak, Fluent, Sentinel-TI, Cadence Allegro, or RedHawk; leadership experience at senior engineer level.
