Role Summary
The role involves leading static timing analysis (STA) and timing closure for advanced process nodes, ensuring successful tape-outs. You will leverage your extensive experience to meet stringent performance targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Senior; requires 12+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
- Independently drive signoff static timing analysis and timing closure.
- Execute static timing analysis, power analysis, synthesis, and timing/power closure.
- Develop and validate timing constraints at both block-level and SoC level.
- Utilize and optimize Synopsys EDA tools to deliver solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline design flows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of static timing analysis flows and methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers as needed.
Requirements
Candidates must have the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in static timing analysis on advanced technology nodes (7nm/5nm/3nm).
- Hands-on experience with constraints development, validation, and STA.
- Proficiency with Synopsys tools like PrimeTime, PT-PX, and PrimeClosure.
- Scripting skills in Python, PERL, or TCL.
- Understanding of timing constraints and physical implementation.
- Experience in high-frequency and low-power design methodologies.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BE/BTech/MTech or equivalent) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
