Senior Mask Design Engineer

Role Summary

Join the European Design Center in Prague, Czech Republic, to work on advanced CMOS technologies such as FinFETs and GAA. This role involves designing high-impact mixed-signal IP for global customers, contributing to innovations in semiconductor technology.

Experience Level

Senior level with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include:

  • Layout design of advanced analog and mixed-signal macros in deep Sub-Micron Fin-FET technologies.
  • Planning and implementing block and top-level floor-planning, power distribution network, clock and signal routing.
  • Using DRC, LVS, and other physical verification tools.
  • Participating in post-layout circuit performance analysis.
  • Estimating and tracking schedules.

Requirements

Essential qualifications include:

  • Diploma in Layout Design or a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on layout design experience.
  • Experience in the layout of high-speed PLLs in advanced Fin-FET processes.
  • Familiarity with layout design and verification tools.
  • Good understanding of analog and mixed signal layout fundamentals.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate closely with the circuit design team.

Education Requirements

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification is required.
