SoC DFT Engineer

The SoC DFT Engineer will be part of Apple's Silicon Technologies group, responsible for designing and manufacturing high-performance, power-efficient processors. This role involves full lifecycle involvement in semiconductor design, helping to ensure that Apple products operate efficiently and reliably.

Senior level with a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
The DFT Engineer will be tasked with:
- Developing and implementing DFT architecture
- Implementing DFT infrastructure
- Collaborating with DV team to verify DFT implementations
- Generating structural test vectors and analyzing coverage
- Resolving STA, physical, power, and logical issues with designers
- Assisting test engineers in test vector bring-up on silicon
- Managing schedules and supporting multi-functional engineering efforts
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- BS degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of DFT standards including ATPG, JTAG, MBIST
- Experience in developing DFT specifications and methodologies
- Proficiency in Verilog and/or VHDL
- Understanding of DV methodologies for validating DFT in simulation
- Experience in silicon debug and data analysis
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
