Silicon Validation Firmware Engineer

Role Summary

The Silicon Validation Firmware Engineer will be tasked with the design, development, and validation of complex silicon systems, working primarily with ASICs and SoCs. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality silicon solutions are delivered that meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate complex silicon systems, including ASICs and SoCs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality silicon solutions delivery.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans that support pre-silicon validation efforts.
• Lead the adoption of methodologies to accelerate hardware verification and software development.
• Bring up and debug critical interfaces such as PCIe and DDR.
• Partner with vendors to troubleshoot issues and improve capabilities.

Requirements

To qualify, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in silicon design is required.
