Silicon Design Engineer (ASIC/IP/SOC design verification)

Role Summary

The Silicon Design Engineer will focus on ASIC, IP, and SOC design verification. Key responsibilities include applying verification techniques to enhance pre-silicon verification quality and overall product time to market.

Experience Level

This role is suited for candidates with solid technical experience in digital ASIC/SOC or IP/SOC design verification.

Responsibilities

• Work with team members to apply effective verification techniques to enhance the quality of pre-silicon verification.
• Provide technical leadership to the design verification team for new projects.
• Independently manage various verification tasks while guiding team members.
• Participate in creating and porting the design verification environment, including test plans, coverage analysis, and regression cleanup.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Experience with X86/ARM/8051 architecture, AMBA bus, USB systems, NAND Flash controllers, PCI-E/PCI, low power design, clock generation, and various general connectivity IPs.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make critical technical decisions.

Education Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field, preferred.
• BSEE or MSEE with experience in ASIC/SOC design verification.
