Role Summary

The Senior Verification Engineer - Hardware will be responsible for verifying complex IPs and subsystems for automotive chips and systems. This role within the automotive verification team involves creating state-of-the-art verification methodologies and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust design and functionality.

Experience Level

Senior, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in verification closure.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

  • Creation of UVM based verification test benches and methodologies.
  • System level verification using C/C++.
  • Architecting testbenches and crafting verification environments.
  • Defining test plans, verification infrastructure for modules and clusters.
  • Building efficient bus functional models, monitors, and scoreboards.
  • Implementing functional coverage and ensuring verification closure.
  • Collaborating with architects and designers.

Requirements

Must-have skills include:

  • BTech/MTech in relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in complex unit, subsystem, or SoC level verification.
  • Experience in CPU, Memory controller, and Interconnect verification.
  • Knowledge of bus protocols (AXI/APB), high speed IO verification (UFS/PCIE/XUSB).
  • Familiarity with UVM/VMM methodologies.
  • Experience with verification tools for simulation and debugging.
  • Good analytical and debugging skills, excellent communication skills.

Education Requirements

BTech/MTech in relevant engineering field.
