Senior Verification Engineer - Hardware

The Senior Verification Engineer - Hardware will be responsible for verifying complex IPs and subsystems for automotive chips and systems. This role within the automotive verification team involves creating state-of-the-art verification methodologies and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust design and functionality.
Experience Level
Senior, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in verification closure.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Creation of UVM based verification test benches and methodologies.
- System level verification using C/C++.
- Architecting testbenches and crafting verification environments.
- Defining test plans, verification infrastructure for modules and clusters.
- Building efficient bus functional models, monitors, and scoreboards.
- Implementing functional coverage and ensuring verification closure.
- Collaborating with architects and designers.
Requirements
Must-have skills include:
- BTech/MTech in relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in complex unit, subsystem, or SoC level verification.
- Experience in CPU, Memory controller, and Interconnect verification.
- Knowledge of bus protocols (AXI/APB), high speed IO verification (UFS/PCIE/XUSB).
- Familiarity with UVM/VMM methodologies.
- Experience with verification tools for simulation and debugging.
- Good analytical and debugging skills, excellent communication skills.
Education Requirements
BTech/MTech in relevant engineering field.
