Senior Verification Engineer

Role Summary

The Solution Engineering division develops SoCs for various application segments using the latest IP products. The Senior Verification Engineer will verify RTL implementing upcoming features in the ARM SoC, ensuring functionality meets architectural requirements.

Level - Senior

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the RTL team in different geographies to understand microarchitecture details.
• Develop new verification environments and enhance existing ones, including stimulus generators and checkers.
• Verify new ARM architecture features and ensure they don't impact existing functionality.
• Implement verification strategies alongside other verification engineers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in verification methodology.
• Mentor early-tenure verification engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in IP/SOC verification.
• Advanced proficiency in SystemVerilog and Verilog; deep knowledge of UVM Methodology.
• Solid understanding of SoC Verification using C test cases.
• Experience writing verification and test plans.
• Experience with testbench development using standard verification methodologies.
• Knowledge of ARM-based designs and ARM System Architectures.
• Familiarity with Perl, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with multi-functional teams.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering or a similar related field.
