Senior Strategic Technical Program Manager – Foundry Customer Programs
Role Summary
Lead end-to-end strategic foundry customer programs, acting as the primary interface between key customers and internal cross-functional teams. Ensure alignment across product, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and operations to deliver customer engagements from initial opportunity through production ramp and EOL.

Senior. Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor, foundry, or advanced manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
Drive program strategy, execution and cross-functional coordination to meet customer commitments on schedule, cost and quality.
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic foundry customer programs from opportunity alignment through execution, ramp and EOL.
- Serve as primary customer interface for milestones, risks and deliverables.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable internal execution plans.
- Lead strategic planning and hands-on execution across program phases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, IT) to resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Align supply chain and manufacturing (fab, OSAT, logistics, planning) to meet commitments.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early; drive mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Establish governance, program tracking and reporting for transparency and accountability.
- Build trusted customer relationships and advise on technical trade-offs and manufacturing considerations.
- Drive escalation management and ensure clear executive-level communication.
