Role Summary
The Senior Staff Signal/Power Integrity Engineer will be part of the Signal Integrity Engineering Group, responsible for developing and evaluating signal and power integrity solutions for Marvell's devices. This role involves collaborating closely with layout engineers and IP teams to optimize design performance and ensuring that the solutions meet electrical performance requirements.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing creative power and signal integrity solutions for Marvell devices at package and system levels.
- Collaborating with layout engineers and IP teams to optimize power delivery network (PDN) performance.
- Performing simulations and evaluating designs for electrical performance.
- Developing and scripting for efficiency improvements in design tools.
Requirements
Must-have skills and qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of power integrity, signal integrity, inductance, and capacitance.
- Experience with power delivery network (PDN) design and analysis tools like PowerSI and SIwave.
- Knowledge of package and board implementation limitations.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- BSc in Electrical Engineering.
Nice-to-have:
- 3D electromagnetic extraction tools experience (e.g., Ansys HFSS).
- Experience in high-speed signal integrity for interfaces such as DDR4, PCIe Gen3/4, and Ethernet up to 200Gbps.
- Familiarity with Cadence Allegro tools and packaging technologies.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
