Senior / Staff NPI Product Engineer
Role Summary
The Senior/Staff NPI Product Engineer will lead new electronic and RF products from design into high-volume manufacturing. The role partners with R&D, test, and manufacturing teams to resolve production issues, improve yields, and ensure product quality during ramp to mass production.
Experience Level
Senior-level. Preferred 4β8 years of industry experience in RF test development, product characterization, or product engineering.
Responsibilities
Lead product release and yield improvement activities across cross-functional teams.
- Lead bring-up of new products from R&D to mass production; coordinate cross-functional readiness and handoffs.
- Develop and implement electrical and RF test strategies for characterization and production validation.
- Perform manufacturing risk assessments (e.g., PFMEA) and work with design to mitigate manufacturability issues.
- Analyze test and production data using statistical tools and Six Sigma methods to troubleshoot and improve yields.
- Drive continuous improvement by connecting design, test data, and manufacturing processes to improve reliability and lower costs.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline. Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) is preferred where mentioned.
