Experience Level

Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in project management within engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Proven ability to manage complex projects successfully is crucial.

Responsibilities

The Senior Staff Engineer will:

  • Collaborate with teams to outline project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project performance, identify issues, and execute corrective actions promptly.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience in ASIC Design/Verification is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with multitasking ability.
  • Proficient in project management tools, with MS Project experience preferred.
  • Degree in engineering or related field.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is required.
