Senior Staff DFT Engineer
Role Summary
The Senior Staff DFT Engineer will join Marvell’s Israel-based Switch SoC department, focusing on developing Design for Test (DFT) solutions for advanced semiconductor products. This role is part of a global team responsible for overseeing architecture, design, validation, and execution of DFT strategies that enhance testability for next-generation products.
Experience Level
Senior level, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in DFT.
Responsibilities
The Senior Staff DFT Engineer will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to a DFT team developing complex semiconductor products.
- Execute DFT tasks across multiple projects.
- Develop and enhance DFT methodologies and toolsets.
- Oversee DFT implementation and validation, ensuring high test coverage.
- Collaborate with post-silicon teams for debug and failure analysis.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech or M.E/MTech in Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in DFT.
- Strong design and debug skills for RTL/GL simulations.
- Hands-on experience with MBIST, Scan Insertion, and ATPG.
- Knowledge of standard DFT EDA tools and JTAG standards.
- Experience with timing closure and VLSI flow.
- Problem-solving orientation focusing on quality and innovation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Education Requirements
B.E/B.Tech or M.E/MTech in Electrical Engineering required.
