Role Summary

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Integrating IPs and developing monitors for SoC verification testbench.
  • Modifying RTL and system-level IPs to create various SoC configurations.
  • Making changes to system level firmware to execute test cases.
  • Verifying SoC functionality with bare-metal tests and OS boot.
  • Collaborating with architects on future SoC architecture definitions.
  • Exploring innovative approaches for SoC integration and developing supporting tools.

Requirements

Must-have skills include:

  • Experience in RTL design, SoC architecture, and IP integration.
  • Proficiency in Verilog/System Verilog for RTL modules.
  • Understanding of bus protocols and experience with simulators.
  • Knowledge of Python/Ruby, C/C++, and assembly language.
  • Experience with workloads and benchmarks on RTL Simulation and Emulation environments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux, scripting, and source control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of CPU instruction sets and ARM architecture.
  • Experience with compilers, assemblers, or device drivers.
