Role Summary
The Senior Silicon Validation Engineer will work on validating building blocks in FPGAs at the board level, ensuring functionality and performance align with design intent. The role offers significant exposure to cutting-edge projects in the silicon engineering team.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
- Validation and characterization of various IPs from silicon arrival to production release.
- Develop validation and characterization plans for specific IP, bench hardware, and software.
- Develop test logic RTL for validation/characterization tests.
- Lead new silicon product bring-up, validation, and debugging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support customer issues post product release.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in Silicon Design Validation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Expertise in high-speed Serdes interface characterization (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet).
- Proficient in Verilog/VHDL and FPGA development tools.
- Experience in test automation with Python or Perl.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and tools like JMP or R.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
