Senior RTL Integration Engineer
Role Summary
This role involves building subsystems and SoCs as part of Arm’s System-on-Chip (SoC) Performance Analysis Team. The team focuses on early performance analysis platforms to explore future Arm System/SoC architectures, influencing designs through workload characterization.

Senior level, with significant experience in RTL design, SoC architecture, and IP integration.
Responsibilities
As a SoC RTL Integration Engineer, you will:
- Integrate IPs and develop monitors for SoC verification testbenches for simulation and emulation-based performance analysis.
- Modify RTL and system-level IPs to build various SoC flavors.
- Make incremental changes to system-level firmware and bring up SoCs to execute test cases.
- Verify the SoC with bare-metal tests and OS boot.
- Collaborate with architects to define future SoC architectures.
- Explore innovative approaches for SoC integration and develop supporting tools and workflows.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience include:
- Experience in RTL design, SoC architecture, and IP integration.
- Proficiency in implementing RTL modules using Verilog/System Verilog.
- Detailed understanding of bus protocols.
- Experience with simulators and waveform debugging tools such as Verdi.
- Proficiency in Python, Ruby, C/C++, and assembly language.
- Experience in enabling workloads and benchmarks on RTL simulation and emulation environments.
- Experience in bringing up full-chip SoC test cases in Simulation and Emulation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
