Siemens EDA is seeking a Senior R&D Engineer to develop static and formal tools for the verification of RTL functionality. This role involves working in a world-class engineering team focused on the Questa OneSpin Static&Formal product line.
Experience Level
Senior level with 5 years of relevant work experience (PhD studies included).
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Working in an R&D team, primarily coding in C++ & Python.
- Developing new features for the Questa OneSpin Formal & Static tool suite.
- Supporting tools by fixing issues affecting customers.
- Analyzing tool performance and quality-of-results.
Requirements
Key qualifications include:
- Masters or PhD degree in computer science or engineering.
- Excellent C++ development skills.
- Experience with formal algorithms, model checking, and SAT solvers.
- Familiarity with SystemVerilog and/or VHDL is a bonus.
- Experience with logic synthesis and ML/AI is a bonus.
- Some travel may be required.
