Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities center on roadmap ownership, project leadership, and using data/AI to improve yield and manufacturing efficiency.

• Own and refine the strategic roadmap for yield smart manufacturing solutions (YMS applications).
• Gather and evaluate business requirements from users and stakeholders for YMS projects.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current solutions and propose AI-driven improvements.
• Define business solutions and propose projects, demonstrating AI/GenAI where applicable.
• Lead projects requiring coordination and management of global resources to deliver outcomes.
• Use metrics and performance data, including predictive analytics, to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with data scientists to analyze data and apply AI/ML models to yield ramp challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Process Integration Engineering (PIE) or Process Equipment Engineering.
• Strong domain knowledge of semiconductor fab processes and familiarity with probe and param functions.
• Proven experience in yield improvement activities and identifying yield opportunities.
• Demonstrated project or program management capability; able to lead cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience using metrics to drive decisions.
• Practical experience or strong commitment to Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI for manufacturing applications.

• Experience operationalizing analytics/AI solutions into tools or workflows with clear metrics and user adoption.
