Job Title

Senior Product Manager

Role Summary

Drive product lifecycle and go-to-market for Broadcom's PCIe switch product line, defining roadmap and ecosystem strategy for high-performance data center interconnects. Collaborate with hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for AI/ML server topologies and rack-scale architectures.

Experience Level

Senior-level. Requires 12+ years of product management experience, particularly with hardware, semiconductor, or data center platform solutions.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include product strategy, customer engagement, cross-functional leadership, and go-to-market execution.

  • Define and execute end-to-end product lifecycle for the PCIe switch portfolio, including concept, business case, launch, sustainment, and end-of-life.
  • Translate AI workload and server architecture trends into actionable hardware and software product requirements.
  • Engage hyperscalers, tier-1 OEMs, ODMs, and enterprise customers to capture architectural requirements and prioritize features.
  • Coordinate with ASIC design, system engineering, firmware/software, silicon validation, and sales to meet schedule, cost, and margin targets.
  • Develop pricing strategies, competitive analyses, sales enablement collateral, and technical training to drive product adoption.

Requirements

Must-have technical and business qualifications to perform in this role.

  • 12+ years of product management experience delivering complex hardware, semiconductor, or data center platform solutions.
  • Deep working knowledge of data center architectures and AI/ML server platforms (multi-GPU topologies, host-to-accelerator connectivity, high-density server designs).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product roadmaps, pricing models, ROI justifications, and manage product line P&Ls.
  • Proven customer-facing leadership with experience engaging hyperscalers, tier-1 OEMs, or system integrators to capture requirements and win sockets.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills across engineering, firmware, validation, and sales teams.
  • Ability to translate system-level customer pain points into scalable chip and platform features.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with high-speed interconnects or fabrics and familiarity with PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, or NVLink from an architectural/use-case perspective.

Education Requirements

Required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Preferred: Masters degree in Engineering or an MBA.
