Senior Product Engineer
Role Summary
Provide advanced technical support and product engineering for power-integrity and EM/IR analysis tools, with a focus on reproducing customer flows, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with R&D to implement fixes and improvements.
Work closely with product management, R&D, and customers to validate certification and evaluation flows and ensure tool reliability across advanced semiconductor processes.

Responsibilities
Day-to-day responsibilities include debugging customer issues, reproducing customer environments, and contributing technical feedback to product teams.
- Provide advanced technical debugging and support for Redhawk-SC and related EDA tools.
- Set up, validate, and reproduce customer flows to investigate and resolve complex EM/IR issues.
- Collaborate with R&D to perform root cause analysis and implement fixes or workarounds.
- Support certification and evaluation flows for digital design and power-integrity tools with foundry PDKs.
- Communicate technical findings and actionable feedback to product teams to improve tool quality.
- Extend support to global customers as needed and maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
Requirements

- Must-have: Strong understanding of EM/IR analysis methodologies and power-integrity challenges.
- Must-have: Experience with design input formats used in power-integrity analysis and with reproducing customer flows.
- Must-have: Proficiency working in Linux environments and strong troubleshooting/debugging skills.
- Must-have: Familiarity with foundry PDKs and certification/evaluation flows for advanced semiconductor processes.
- Preferred: Scripting experience in Python or TCL; prior experience with Redhawk-SC or comparable EDA tools.
- Preferred: Customer-facing support experience and ability to collaborate with global teams and R&D.
