Senior Product Development Engineer

Role Summary

The Senior Product Development Engineer focuses on developing full chip test methods, defining and verifying on-chip DFT for Intel's FPGA products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance test capabilities throughout the product development cycle.

Experience Level

Senior level with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IC Design, IC Test, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing test methodologies and drive silicon debug for FPGA products.
• Collaborating with global teams to ensure robust test capabilities.
• Optimizing tests to reduce costs and improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Creating test modules and validating test programs on testers.

Requirements

Must have the following qualifications:

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of industry experience.
• Expertise in memory test methodology for SOC and/or FPGAs.
• Experience in DFT development, silicon bring-up, and ATE.
• Strong background in digital or analog circuit fundamentals.
• Self-motivated with collaboration and leadership skills.

Education Requirements

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
