Role Summary

This position is an opportunity to work with Arm's Silicon Solutions System/Product/Test (SPT) Team, focusing on emerging process technologies and advanced packaging innovations. The role involves close collaboration with SoC Design, Architecture, Systems, Software, and Quality teams, with a mission to prepare Arm and its partners for production challenges.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Leading a team of SPT engineers for productization of high-performance SOC, including NPI ATE activities.
  • Developing and delivering manufacturing test solutions for high-performance SOCs.
  • Coordinating with operations on ATE bring-up and productization.
  • Driving first silicon bring-up on ATE and reporting daily progress.
  • Traveling up to 20% within the US and internationally for company and partner meetings.

Requirements

Must-have skills include:

  • Proven experience in leading NPI of high-performance SOCs.
  • Broad understanding of DFT, ATE, silicon fabrication, and packaging.
  • Silicon data analysis skills pertaining to performance and yield sensitivities.
  • Expertise in product/test engineering including manufacturing test and silicon characterization.

Nice-to-have skills include:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, JMP.
  • Experience with Streaming Scan Network (SSN), IJTAG, and other diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of SOC concepts, sensor calibration, and productization of System-in-Package.
