Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
- Participate in product definition working with marketing, applications, and customers.
- Design innovative power management products using an in-depth understanding of power process technologies.
- Conduct transistor level design of mixed-signal circuits.
- Manage team members to achieve schedule objectives.
- Validate and debug products prior to production transfer.
- Collaborate with process, test, product, application, and marketing teams.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- Experience in leading a team of IC designers.
- Thorough understanding of integrated analog circuit design, bipolar, BiCMOS, and BCD process technologies.
- Knowledge of switch-mode power conversion topologies.
- Proficient with Cadence tools for analog design.
- Experience with behavioral modeling and mixed signal verification.
- MSEE with substantial experience in analog design.
- Desirable experience with radiation-hardened power management products.
Education Requirements
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) or related field is required.
